The artwork you see on the website will always look better in person. But if it’s not exactly what you expected, it’s simple to return.
TIME TO DECIDE. Let us know you’d like to return within the 14 day limit from the date you receive your artwork. This starts the day you receive the image as per your DPD tracking number.FREE REPLACEMENT OF FAULTY GOODS. We’ll arrange your replacement at no extra cost to you. It is highly unlikely the print will arrive faulty. If this does happen, once we have the print back in the studio we will organise a replacement to be sent out to you immediately at no cost.CHANGE OF HEART: Once the print arrives if it doesn't quite fit the room the way you wanted it to there is a fixed return fee of £100. This is due to the fact that all prints are handled individually inspected by Douglas per order in the studio, they are not bulk printed. This required scheduling time at the studio with the technicians and Douglas. This will be deducted from the refund which will be sent to your account once the print has been returned.IMMEDIATE REFUNDS. As soon as the artwork is received, we’ll issue your refund minus the returns fee stated above of £100.
